Engine cranking but not starting? It’s often the fuel pump.
We test, repair, and replace petrol and diesel fuel pumps for cars, SUVs, trucks, tractors, and marine engines. Get a clear diagnosis first—and a guaranteed price before any work begins.
Fuel system repair, done properly
From a weak in-tank pump to a high-pressure diesel injection pump — we diagnose the real fault instead of just swapping parts.
Petrol electric pump (in-tank)
Testing, cleaning, motor and filter-sock replacement, full pump module assembly.
Diesel injection pump
Inline, rotary (VE) and common-rail pump overhaul with calibration on a test bench.
Injector cleaning & testing
Ultrasonic cleaning, spray-pattern and leak-off testing for petrol and diesel injectors.
Pressure & flow diagnosis
Fuel pressure, volume and electrical checks with a clear report of what is faulty and why.
Tank & filter service
Fuel tank draining and cleaning, filter replacement, and removal of rust, sludge or water.
Replacement pumps
New and quality-tested pumps for popular cars, SUVs, trucks and tractors when repair is not worth it.
Is your fuel pump failing?
A failing pump rarely dies without warning. If you notice any of these, get it checked before you’re stranded.
- Engine cranks but won’t start, especially when hot
- Sputtering or jerking at high speed or under load
- Loss of power while climbing or overtaking
- Loud whining or humming from the fuel tank
- Sudden drop in mileage or engine stalling
- Check-engine light with fuel-pressure faults
These symptoms can also come from a clogged filter or bad injector — that’s why we test before replacing anything.
Don’t keep driving on a weak pump
A struggling pump overheats and can fail without warning, sometimes damaging injectors. An early repair costs far less than a breakdown and tow.

Frequently asked
How much does fuel pump repair cost?
It depends on the vehicle and the fault — a cleaning or motor repair costs far less than a new pump module. Diagnosis is free, and you get the exact price before we start.
How long does it take?
Most petrol in-tank pump jobs are done the same day. Diesel injection pumps and common-rail work may take 1–3 days depending on parts and calibration.
Repair or replace?
If the motor and body are healthy we repair and bench-test. If the pump is worn out or cracked, replacement is safer and we’ll tell you honestly.
Can I drive with a failing fuel pump?
It’s risky. The vehicle can stall in traffic or on a highway, and a weak pump can harm injectors. Get it checked as soon as you notice symptoms.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes, repairs and replacement parts carry a warranty. Ask us for the terms for your job.
Do you help if my vehicle can’t be driven?
Call us — we can advise on towing and arrange pickup where possible.
